 (General Manager and Master Fabricator)

Will has been in the sheet metal industry since 2008. His favorite part of the job is the challenge of building parts he has never tried before. He prides himself on his ability to build customer relations while upholding great business practices. Will lives in Marysville with his wife Kelsey, sons Liam and Drew, and their German Shepherd. In his down time, he likes playing golf and spending time with his family. 

 (Shop Foreman)

Matt's fresh out of school and eager to learn the trade. He has a high mechanical aptitude and a keen sense of detail.  He would like to learn all aspects of sheet metal and be the best he can be. Matt is currently making the transition to shop foreman.  In Matt's free time he enjoys listening to music and playing golf.  

 (Lead Fabricator)

Paul brings a positive attitude and sense of humor to the shop. He is a very hard worker who enjoys learning new things and making non-traditional custom parts. He lives in Kent with his wife, Kaylee, and son, Aidyn. Paul's hobbies include working on import cars, attending import car and racing events and building his track car. Feel free to pop in and say hello! 

(Lead Fabricator)

Del joined our team in March of 2017 bringing over 20 years of experience in Architectural Sheet Metal. He spent time as the front man for two major sheet metal organizations with the most recent one being 17 years. Del is an awesome guy with great attention to detail and an ability to build all components. Del spends his spare time at his cabin east of the mountains Snowmobiling and Kayaking. 

(Office Administrator)

Lexy comes to us with previous work experience in many diverse areas. She received her BA from the University of Washington and has an educational background in business, marketing, community building and psychology. Lexy enjoys shopping, reading, cooking and traveling in her spare time!
